I have received a high number of calls over the past few weeks asking if some of my products were made in response to an Ivermectin protocol. 7EN being the main product of interest. This product was launched well before the ivermectin protocol was published online. I have researched this protocol and feel many elements of it make sense. 7EN was developed in early 2020, with March 29th being the publishing date of the product page.

7EN was made first as something that I and my wife would be able to take in order to mix the best compounds possible. As of August 2021, we still take it every day. It was a couple months after the first date of this product that I substituted Quercetin for elderberry, and this updated product, 7EN, had contained the same mixture for well over a year. My wife takes it every day in pill form. I take it twice daily in powder form. One half dose in both the morning and evening.

Health And Politics

The health crisis has become extremely political over the last eighteen months. But the periodic table of elements hasn’t been political since it was last called the Mendeleev. There are many elements that our bodies need, and everyone needs to have a minimum amount of certain elements to maintain good health. For me, taking Quercetin, Zinc along with vitamins C and D (7EN) daily is something that I feel I need to do. I have sold thousands of bottles of this product with customers reporting positive feedback. During the winter, I am also taking Vegan D, as it provides another 2000+ IU of D3. All of the D is from lichen and mushrooms.

I also take chlorella daily. This website would not even exist if it weren’t for this amazing single-celled algae. I take 15 grams of chlorella on most days. This is something I would not recommend, as it is the equivalent of 60 (250mg) tablets. Chlorella is literally the greenest food source on Earth, and after over a decade of research, I feel it is the right thing to be ingesting daily. Over one third of the population of Japan took chlorella at least once a week as of 2012. It has recently increased in popularity here in the states.

The fourth supplement I take daily is Omega-3 Fish Oil. This is an extremely important compound to take. Studies have shown it to be beneficial to most main functions of the human body. My average is one to two omega 3 gel caps daily.

Ivermectin

I am not currently , nor have I ever taken Ivermectin. Although I am cautiously optimistic about more positive data coming out on it. Larger double blind studies of its prophylactic potential. My skepticism is not in the capabilities of the compound itself, but in the downplay in its possible value by mainstream media, and western governments. They are shunning a drug that has undeniably saved millions of lives over the last 40 years.

These have been the most difficult two years humanity has faced in many decades. While most of my time has been spent producing Quercetin-containing products during this span, I have now picked up where I left of in NMN/Resveratrol study. These are two key compounds that I believe will make the aging process possibly take longer, and I’ve started taking them daily again. Intermittent fasting is is something I have trouble sticking to, but I’ve also seen how much it works. Especially for energy and smooth digestion.

Going for two or three brisk jogs weekly is as important as anything else, especially for my mind. I try to make sure 6 minute miles are always attainable, and am currently completing three 10k runs weekly. (at a much slower pace than tha) Every able-bodied person needs to set a weekly exercise schedule. Even if it is as simple as going for a 25 minute walk after lunch or dinner. If this is something you are adding to your schedule, it can only help.

I call on anyone who is trying to lose weight, to think of the journey in small parts. Can you cut out 10 percent of your caloric intake, and replace that with extra calories burned? If someone can trim 10% of their daily diet, and replace those calories consumed with calories burned, they will be headed towards a healthier lifestyle, without the stress of a major commitment. Smaller portions in a 2000 calorie a day diet can easily remove 200 calories. That same person should then take a brisk walk at some point during the day to burn that same amount. A two hundred pound person walking for 25 minutes burns just over 200 calories. Someone swapping out ten percent of their calories in this way can start to feel stronger, healthier and lighter in only three weeks.

Someone who sticks to this 10% shift should expect to lose ten pounds within a month. But here’s where someone can accelerate change. Now that you’ve succeeded in stage one, why not make that 10% change again, from the remaining 90% of daily calories. For example, a person who cut out 200 calories, and is now at around 1800 daily, can remove an additional 180 calories from their daily diet, and add another 15-20 minutes to their daily exercise routine. If exercise is unpleasant, try to think of how much healthier and happier you’ll feel as the pounds start to come off.

Less Stressful Goals

The goal of this plan is to not make anyone feel overwhelmed. It’s tough for most people to truly count calories. It is very important for the individual to trust their own judgement when decreasing portions. It is a good way for someone who does not work out to relate to someone who does. As someone who has been jogging for nearly 30 years, it is important to have realistic goals. Right now, a six minute mile is not realistic because I’ve been parenting nearly all the time I don’t work. But going for two, 10k jogs a week is something I can fit into my schedule.

People need to know that they can get good results from applying themselves to minor, simple changes. This website was started in order to give people healthy vitamin choices. It is just important that you become more active right now as well. See how many 10% shifts you can make. If you can make two or three, chances are you will look and feel great. Update: 3/10/22 My greatest health habit of 22′ has been limiting my eating window. I was doing this a lot in years past, but had slipped up during the period of Covid. Limiting my eating to around six hours a day has seen a reduction in my waistline and my stomach feels great. I feel like I have lost my worst ten pounds in these past four weeks alone (6’3″ and went from 220lb-210lb in the last month).

  1. There may be c vitamin in nearly every fruit and vegetable however,
    many have far higher c vitamin content than others.
    Cranberries and melons have high c vitamin content.
